Training & knowledge sharing

You'll work in a demanding environment that requires a high level of technical expertise from all employees. To maintain this level, we share our knowledge and invest heavily in paid training and certification. New employees go through an induction programme in their first few months to familiarise them with all the processes.

Flexible workplace and home office

You will work either in the centre of Zurich at Stauffacher or in Glattbrugg, adjacent to our Primary Site. You decide when and where you want to work, with plenty of room for your own ideas. Part-time work and working from home are also possible.

Presentation to the department and further interview/s

Wenn das erste Gespräch für beide Seiten positiv verläuft, werden in der Regel ein bis zwei weitere Termine vereinbart. Diese werden für vertiefende Gespräche vor Ort und eine Case-Study genutzt. Gerne klären wir auch alle weiteren Punkte, die dir noch wichtig sind.
